The Way of Warriors and Kings
Men's Group
Meets In-person the 1st & 3rd Mondays of the month.
(The 1st in-person group meets March 17th.)
Meets Online Via Zoom the 2nd and 4th Mondays
of the month.
(The 1st online group meets March 10th)
There are 3 enrollment options:
Option 1. Meet In-person on the 1st & 3rd Mondays.
Option 2. Meet online on the 2nd and 4th Mondays.
Option 3. Meet in-person and online every Monday.
Bonus: Every 5th Monday will be an Embodiment Men's Practice including gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, etc.
(No extra charge for the Bonus if enrolled in options 1. 2. 0r 3. $25 for Bonus if not enrolled)
This is a work group. That means that you will participate in your own transformation. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. If you are tired of allowing addictions, pain, loneliness, others or fear to lead your life, here is where you can change. You will do your work to release unhealthy, unwanted and destructive behaviors and thought patterns that aren't working for you. You will discover old patterns of behavior that hold you back. You will do the work to create new ways of thinking and behaving that lead you to a happier more fulfilling life.
Each group will consist of holistic practices (Mind, Body, Spirit), teachings, support and Brotherhood. We will learn more about what makes us tic and what tics us off. We will become accountability partners and step into greater integrity for ourselves, our families, our communities and our livelihood making our lives and the lives we care about stronger and safer.
This group is not a book study although books will be recommended. It is not a gossip group. Real men don't gossip - we speak truth! There will be no woman bashing only a deeper dive into how to create healthy relationships. You will be supported, stretched, challenged and held by the healthy masculine to develop clarity, meaning and purpose in your life. We will learn to trust and become a more trustworthy man.
Desired Outcomes:
Release unhealthy and unwanted habits, addictions and false beliefs.
Healthy Masculinity: Understand the depth and power of your healthy masculine and show up with more purpose and meaning.
Honor: You will learn to honor yourself and gain a greater understanding of the sacred feminine.
Create more Awareness: Develop greater attention to your inner and outer worlds and how you can master them.
Harmonious Relationships: As we care for ourselves we automatically begin caring for others with more integrity and presence.
Friendship and Community: We learn to trust others, especially men, and become more trustworthy.
Cultivate Spirituality: We begin to understand the possibility of something greater than ourselves: The Great Mystery. If you already have that, you will learn to use that power in a greater way.
Mind, Body, Spirit Connection: We become more whole as we understand the connection between our thoughts, actions and The Great Mystery.
Creativity: As we let go of what doesn't serve us we create space to be more creative in our
personal and work lives. Do what you've always wanted to do and become who you've always known you are.
Grounded and Secure: Daily practices that help us to get in touch with our innate potential that becomes the foundation for our lives. You are a powerful man!
Integrate Your Shadow: Bring the Unconscious into the Conscious.
